The appliance data, bill history, and solar settings you enter belong to you. You can export your data at any time using the PDF report feature. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing andrew@purecasa.solar. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pureCASA.solar and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including but not limited to equipment purchasing decisions, installation outcomes, or financial losses.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica.
